How do you ship to Libya, and what does DDP mean?
DDP means the goods arrive delivered with duties paid: transport, customs, registration, and paperwork are all on us. We collect from your warehouse door, import, clear, and store, so you deal with no freight company and no customs broker. You also get a clear one-page rate card before you sign.
How do my orders reach you?
Connect your store directly: Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, LightFunnels, EasyOrders, or any custom store through the API. If you work from sheets, we take orders from Google Sheets or an Excel file. Your team keeps selling as it does today, and the orders flow to us and into your dashboard.
When do I get my money?
We settle once or twice a week depending on volume, with a statement that appears in your dashboard first. You see every delivered order and every collected amount before it reaches you.
Which countries do you operate in?
We manufacture and source from Egypt, several European countries, Brazil, Turkey, and China. We import and deliver to Libya and North Africa, all Gulf countries, Jordan, and Iraq, expanding continuously, and we deliver to 100% of the areas in every country we operate in.
