Who we are

This website (dopamex.com) is run by Dopamex for Trading and Export, registered in Egypt under commercial register number 306018, registered address 5A Granada St., Roxy, Heliopolis, Cairo. For anything about your data: info@dopamex.com.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms (partner application, marketer application, partnerships and investment, jobs) we keep:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email, and your company name if you give it.
• Your answers: who you are, what you need, the markets you want, and any links or details you write.
• Where the visit came from: the page you applied from, the page that sent you, campaign codes in the link (such as utm_source) if any, and how long the form took.

In the two-step forms we save your name, WhatsApp number and step-one choices as soon as you press “Next”, so your request is not lost if the connection drops. We only contact you about that request.

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation to follow up on your request.

Measurement tools and cookies

We do not currently use any measurement or advertising tool that places cookies on your device.

For the length of your browser session only, the site keeps the campaign codes you arrived with (such as utm_source) so they can be attached to your request if you send one. They are not sent anywhere else and are cleared when you close the browser.

If we add a measurement tool later, it will run only after you accept it in a bar at the bottom of the page, and we will name it here.

Hosting and protection

The site runs through the Cloudflare network, which protects it from attacks, speeds it up, and measures visits and page speed as aggregate statistics that do not identify you and use no advertising cookies.

Why we use your data

• To review your request and reply on WhatsApp or by email.
• To prepare the right offer or contract if we decide to work together, or to tell you when a market you joined the waitlist for opens.
• To learn which pages and campaigns bring serious requests, and improve the site accordingly.

We do not send you marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not use your data for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Only the Dopamex team that reviews requests can see it. It may pass through technical service providers we use to run our business, such as server hosting, email and WhatsApp (Meta), who process it on our behalf, not theirs. We disclose it if a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your request data as long as needed to review it and stay in touch with you, for the length of our business relationship if we start working together, and then for as long as the law requires for commercial and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Withdraw your consent to measurement tools at any time.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the responsible team can see requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat our partners’ data under NDA.

The Dopamex partner platform

If you have an account on our platform (live.dopamex.com), your use of it is governed by the platform privacy policy and your contract with us.

Age

This site is meant for merchants, companies and job seekers aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

We may update this page when we add a service or a tool. We change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for a material change we inform people with an open request.
